What if I would like to cancelling or changing orders?
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our sale department, it cannot be cancelled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be cancelled or changed for any reason.
What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?

Yes. As part of our Support Green effort, Fashion-clicks are going Green with Paperless Billing / receipt process. The customers can always referred to the website / email for their order and get status.
If you are not available to accept delivery the courier/carrier will either leave the parcel in a safe place or they will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To rearrange delivery please follow the instruction on the card.
If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include (by Courier Company), but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order before finalizing.
Fashion-Clicks will arrange for delivery once payment is verified and received.
