Fashion-Clicks.com care our customer satisfaction; Fashion-Clicks.com are committed to deliver your products perfectly on time. If in case anything goes erroneous, just bring up a concern or complaint, Fashion-Clicks.com will be here to resolve the issue as quick as possible. Should you believe the product is faulty please contact us immediately so Fashion-Clicks.com can discuss the best course of action. Please do not return the product without contacting us first.
Important: Please do not send any returns without contacting us first either by email or through the website.
If, after you contact Fashion-Clicks.com, you wish to return the item you are welcome to return it to Fashion-Clicks.com within 7 days, unused and in a saleable condition with the original packaging, and Fashion-Clicks.com will refund your money (the buyer pays for all shipping costs). Please include a copy of your original invoice.
Please Note: Postage and handling costs of returned products is not refundable except for goods proven to be faulty.
Good are not returnable after delivery. (Fashion-Clicks is not responsible for damage during delivery).
Before delivery, we will check and make sure the goods are in good condition. Thus, we do not accept any returns due to color deviation, size problem and etc.
Faulty Products: Make sure you contact us immediately if you consider a product faulty so Fashion-Clicks.com can arrange for refund or replacement. Where a product is proven to be faulty, Fashion-Clicks.com will replace it with no charge for the extra postage and handling or Fashion-Clicks.com can do a refund or exchange or credit note. Please include a copy of your original invoice.
Please Note: Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. Fashion-Clicks.com reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as Fashion-Clicks.com cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference plus postage and handling. In the event of disputes, Fashion-Clicks.com reserves the right to make the final judgement on the dispute.
Exceptions to Returnable Goods: Some sale products are not returnable unless faulty. In this case this will be stated with the product purchase information on the website. This type of sale is considered final.
Shipping / Handling Fees: Non-refundable.
